To preserve and activate the key elements (CFU) in the product "2U", a two-phase delivery method is used, which involves the use of two components. The goal is to maximize the effectiveness of the functional components, which is achieved through their separate storage and mixing only before direct use. Dry selective biomass ensures the stability and activity of microorganisms, and a liquid concentrate of ultralysates, saturated with useful substances, when mixed form a solution with high bioavailability.
TWO COMPONENTS DRY (selective biomass) AND LIQUID CONCENTRATE (ultralizates) MUST BE MIXED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE USE!
The first phase is a liquid cell-free, bio-fermented bacterial filtrate. Due to the high bioavailability of its components, it acts faster than live bacteria, but does not have the ability to attach to and colonize the intestines, i.e. it does not have a long-term effect, like phase 1 2U. Thus, both live bacteria and their fermented concentrate work together, complementing each other. The concentrate begins to act immediately upon entering the body, preparing the “soil” for probiotic bacteria, due to which live L. reuteri in the product more effectively colonize the gastrointestinal tract. The lysed consortium of LACTOBACILLUS REUTERI on bio-fermented fiber contains a whole complex of biologically active substances: vitamins, macro- and microelements, fermented fiber, minor sugars, organic acids, etc .; restores its own microflora - is a complete source of nutrition for probiotic microorganisms; normalizes intestinal pH, promotes the formation of intestinal microflora in children and the proper development of the immune system; protects and nourishes the cells of the intestinal mucosa; participates in all metabolic processes; protects the body from pathogens and toxins;
The unique biphasic 2U formulation is therefore a significant step forward in probiotic development, providing improved delivery and increased efficacy in establishing a healthy human microbiota. This has the potential for widespread use in healthcare, helping to improve the quality of life of many people suffering from dysbiosis and other gut microbiota disorders.
